75HARD has changed my life for the better - heres my story. 3 years ago I was in a mental spot during 2020 that was very stressful for me due to Covid bullshit and everything that came along with it. I needed a change, I needed to be pushed, I needed a challenge. My friend Andy Frisella developed and was doing 75HARD and posting it all over his social media so I figured what do I have to lose? Low and behold I opened up parts of my brain that I hadn't touched in a very long time, maybe ever. I got in crazy physical shape and believe it or not, I had fun. Don't get me wrong this program is hard, its called 75HARD for a reason, but what you unlock in yourself is more than worth it. Here's a picture of me on Day 1 vs Day 75 on my first go 'round. After my successes with the 75HARD program (I have attempted it 8 times and of those 8 times I completed the 75 days 4 times) I KNEW I had to share the program with my industry and my people. That is where the WrapIQ 75HARD Group Mission was born. On the first go with the Group Mission we had 54 people commit and roughly 20 completed the program. This time around I want the same committment or more. If you are down, lets go. We start June 13th.
